How can I track the status of my package?

You can Track Your Order by entering the order number, email address and associated billing zip code. From here, you may view the Order Status and detailed tracking information.


Please note, when your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Click ‘Track My Order’ from the shipping email confirmation to view the progress of your shipment(s).


If you have a registered account with, simply go to your Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking information.


How do I make a return or exchange item?

What is your Shipping and Delivery time?

Please allow 1-2 business days for Packing and Shipping. Items are sent
via Priority Mail USPS.

All Items are handmade or have been altered to create something Uniquely Mavazi Couture. To ensure the uniqueness of our work Mavazi Couture, only makes a limited amount of each design. At Mavazi Couture we only use high quality products to produce our unique items. Each product descriptions show the type materials that were used to create our items keeping in mind our customers needs for high quality products.
